Frequently Asked Questions
Your first Uppercase will be shipped on the 15th of the month after you sign up. For example, if you sign up in January your first Uppercase will be shipped February 15th.
Your credit card is not charged when you sign up. You will be charged on the 1st of every month unless you cancel, starting with the month after your sign up date.
You can cancel at any time by clicking the “Cancel Subscription” button inside your account and your subscription will be immediately ended.
To pay for a set number of months in advance, click here to purchase a gift subscription. Gift subscriptions do not automatically renew and are paid for in advance.
For the United States:
Book Exclusive plan shipping is $5.00.
Expert plan shipping is $7.99.
For Canada:
Shipping for both plans is $24.80.
